5 – 1 Comprehensive Accreditation Standards Program
The program supports various medical establishments in understanding and applying quality standards and qualifications for accreditation or re-accreditation through the following steps:
• Visit the facility and gauge and analyses the gap
• Development of a road map for the application of accreditation criteria
• Training and guidance of staff and managers on evaluation activities
• Provide department managers with application plans and response when residents arrive
• Organize periodic visits to consultants in various disciplines as required by the facility
• Review policies and programs for all disciplines and provide the enterprise with samples of those policies and programs as needed
• Provide all required forms and ensure complete files
• Provision of training lectures to staff in all disciplines
• Monitoring the application of standards in all disciplines
• Reassessment of the facility after improvement, training and application

The Working Group also carries out various activities that are supposed to be carried out during the actual evaluation to ensure readiness and full readiness for the evaluation visits announced or undeclared, including:

5-2 Continuous readiness services
This service is provided to approved establishments that wish to maintain the quality and safety of the disease as well as the readiness of any future or undeclared evaluation through annual contracting.
1. Develop a review and follow-up program with the Quality Department and relevant departments to update and implement policies
2. Organize periodic visits to consultants of various disciplines according to the desire and need of the facility
3. Remote support and provision of all required forms and verification of complete files
4. Develop integrated plans to prepare for future or undeclared evaluation
